Understanding Order Statuses

AnySwap provides real-time status updates for all your orders. Here's what each status means.

Order Created

Your order has been created, send funds to the deposit wallet to get started.

Processing

Your payment has been received, and the exchange is processing your swap. This includes waiting for blockchain confirmations and executing the exchange.

Anonymizing / Seeding Processing

This status only appears when using privacy or seed wallets mode.

It indicates your swap is being routed through multiple exchanges.

Finished

Your swap has completed successfully! The tokens have been sent to your receiving wallet.

Expired

The order expired before payment was received. If you sent funds after expiration, please contact support.
